Discovery CrossFit Plett Challenge

Are we as CrossFitters really the fittest? Let’s test ourselves against the fittest of the cyclists, runners, canoeists and gym bunnies!
The first ever CrossFit Plett Challenge is coming your way at the Discovery Plett Easter Games on the 18th April 2014. This is the first sporting challenge of its kind to be held in Plett! This event has been designed for the serious CrossFitter as well as for someone who has never done CrossFit before!
Our intention is to encourage participation from any athlete from any sport in the ‘Sport of fitness’.
The Challenge will be a team event – 3 men, or 3 women, or 3 in a mixed team. Individual men and women events will be selected from the top performing teams and results.
